I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was convenient for my needs and the staff was generally friendly, the state of the rooms and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I found the lack of attention to detail in maintenance and the confusing smoke regulations quite disappointing. It's a decent option if you're focused on being near MD Anderson, but I would be cautious about what to expect in terms of cleanliness and overall comfort.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, the staff were incredibly caring and made a tough situation feel more comfortable, especially since I was there for medical reasons. The location is also a huge plus, being so close to MD Anderson and NRG Stadium. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and the smoke alarm issues were quite disruptive.
